Cooking Instructions
Begin by selecting your choice of protein.
Cut the meat into large chunks, rinse, and add to a cooking pot.
Pour Doña Lore Birria Marinade and an equal amount of water.
Option 1 – Stove Top:
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat, cover, and cook for 3 to 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Option 2 – Slow Cooker:
Add the meat, marinade, and water, then cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
Option 3 – Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot:
Add the meat, marinade, and water. Cook on high pressure for 2 hours, then allow the pressure to release naturally.
